Music channels, podcasts, and streaming radio may play unedited excerpts or full tracks—including in monetized shows—without asking first if they:
- credit the track and Vodka Party in the audio, show notes, description, or playlist;
- link to vodkapartyparty.com where links are supported;
- do not offer the track as a standalone download or use it in an ad, endorsement, or branded promotion; and
- do not remix it, claim it, register it with Content ID, or imply our endorsement.
Normal fades and volume adjustments are allowed. Platforms remain responsible for required licenses and reporting.
Permission required
All other uses require written permission, including film, TV, or video soundtracks; ads, campaigns, promotions, or branded content; public performances; samples, remixes, edits, or adaptations; standalone reposts or downloads; sales, sublicensing, ownership claims, or Content ID registration.
